WHERE DO APPOINTMENTS TAKE PLACE?
Initial evaluations, counseling services, and meal planning are done virtually through a secure platform. Grocery store tours are done at a grocery store of your choice, with home visits also available upon request. Corporate and worksite nutrition workshops are done either in person or virtually depending on your preference.
WILL MY HEALTH INFORMATION BE KEPT CONFIDENTIAL?
Whole Balanced Nutrition pledges to maintain the confidentiality of all personal health information that you share, with your privacy rights of utmost importance. Whether meeting with Jillian in person or online, your medical information will not be disclosed for any purpose unless upon your written authorization and request. Ethics of patient/client rights are at the core of Jillian's values, with years of experience handling protected health information and HIPAA training.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DOES WHOLE BALANCED NUTRITION TAKE?
Cash, check, or credit card payments through the mobile paying apps of Venmo and PayPal are accepted by Whole Balanced Nutrition. Payment is accepted at time of service or at time of invoice billed. Jillian values meeting your health needs in a way that is manageable and affordable to you.
