My Philosophy
JILLIAN ROBILLARD, MS RD LDN

My Story
My career began with a strong interest in science and medicine, which led me to work in the emergency room. There, I witnessed the challenges many patients faced—not only with acute health crises, but also with limited access to preventive care and support. These experiences highlighted how deeply health outcomes are shaped by equity, access, and opportunity.
Motivated to address these gaps, I returned to school to study nutrition and became a registered dietitian. My work now focuses on advancing preventive health and promoting practical, evidence-based strategies that empower individuals and communities to achieve better health.
My work also includes coordinating complex human research studies to advance the field of nutrition and strengthen the evidence base that informs clinical practice and public health. This includes supporting investigators and teams in producing reliable, impactful findings that move the science of nutrition forward.
The Process
As a registered dietitian and nutrition researcher, I help individuals navigate the noise of nutrition information and focus on what truly matters for long-term health. My approach is rooted in science but grounded in real life — no fads, no fear, just practical strategies that fit your lifestyle.
Whether you’re looking to improve energy, support healthy aging, or prevent chronic conditions, I’ll help you make sense of the science and turn it into everyday habits that last. Through one-on-one coaching and educational resources, my goal is to empower you with confidence — so you can feel informed, not overwhelmed, about your food choices.
