With nutrition, knowledge is power. I work to reconnect you with the basics, while empowering you to become well versed in nutrition information and healthy choices. I have experience teaching a wide range of ages, from children to older adults, in both school and corporate settings and work with you to make each workshop tailored to the unique needs and interests of your target audience.
